IncogSnap has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content or behaviour that sexualizes, exploits or endangers children is strictly prohibited. We report it to the appropriate authorities and cooperate with law enforcement.

What we do with a report

We review each report, take action under our Terms, and where the law requires or allows we report suspected CSAE to the relevant authorities, such as NCMEC or local law enforcement, and preserve the information we hold that is relevant to the report.
